After you add Gmail, the original email address associated with your account will become your alternate email address. If you have verified your original email address before adding Gmail, you will be able to sign in using this email address.

The health information a pharmacy collects can be particularly sensitive. You can shop the Walgreens website as a guest, but a Walgreens account is needed to earn rewards points. Until recently, you needed to establish an account to make an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccine online, a process that asks you to give Walgreens your name, home address, phone number, and more. (You can now sign up as a guest.) I set up a new account and scoured the website to find a way to get rid of it. No luck. Eventually, I found my way to an entry in the help menu, where I learned that a customer service call was the only way to make such a request. It took even longer than I expected because my first call got disconnected. When it was finally done, the customer service agent told me that Walgreens would erase most of my data, but there was no way to get it to delete my username and email address.

Before completing the process, Facebook asks the question \"Are you sure you want to deactivate your account?\" and displays pictures of a few friends, captioned with the lines \"[Friend's name here] will miss you.\"

Google offers 15 GB of free space with every Google Drive account. At face value, it seems like a pretty good deal, especially when you compare it with other storage solutions like Dropbox and Box. However, this 15 GB of free space not only includes your Google Drive but also your Gmail account (messages and attachments) and Google Photos.

In 1600, learning of the war being fought between Christian forces of the Holy Roman Empire [HRE] and the Muslim Ottoman Turks, Smith set off for Austria to join the HRE army. Instead of instructing Smith, Tymore mistreated him by shaving his head, placing an iron ring around his neck, giving him little to eat and often beating him. During one such beating, Smith overpowered Tymore, killing him and fleeing his enslavement using Tymore's horse and clothing. Traveling for days, unsure of his route, Smith was befriended by a Russian and his wife, Callamatta, whom Smith called this "good lady". Their assistance helped Smith regain his strength and begin his travels across the remainder of Russia, Ukraine, Germany, France, Spain, and Morocco before finally returning to England in 1604. One author estimates Smith's travels from 1600-1604 covered nearly 11,000 miles! The captain was finally home, but not for long.

To deactivate your account from a web browser, visit the site and click your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen. Choose Settings & privacy, then Settings, Privacy, and go to Your Facebook Information. From there, click Deactivation and deletion, select Deactivate account, and hit Continue to account deactivation. On the next screen, Facebook will prompt you for your password and ask you to give a reason for leaving, such as privacy concerns or wasted time. Make your choice and click Continue to finish up.

You can also deactivate your account through a mobile app. On iOS, open the app and hit the menu button (three lines) in the lower right corner. Then tap Settings & privacy, Settings, Personal and Account Information, Account Ownership and Control, and Deactivation and Deletion. Finish by tapping Deactivate Account and then Continue to account deactivation. On Android, you can follow the same process, but the menu button looks like three horizontal lines and you can reach Account Ownership and Control from the first submenu.

Open your TikTok profile, tap the menu button (three lines) in the top right corner of the screen, and go to Settings and privacy. There, go to Account (top of the list), and tap Deactivate or delete account at the bottom.

You can secure your main Google account with a password and 2FA/Hardware-Keys and your browsing-data/passwords with another password, encrypting them even against Google viewing the data. All Google and the attacker sees is the number of bookmarks and passwords you have, assuming the attacker broke into your account.

Not sure if this is the most efficient way, but this is how I deleted my LastPass account. Log in, click on Account Settings. Partway down the page there is a section called Account Information. In one of those sections there is a subsection called My Account. If you click on that, it will bring to to another page that has your account status. Find the section called Existing User, to the right of it there is a button that says Delete or Reset Account. Click on it, enter your master password, and then click through the multiple warnings about how this is permanen t(duh).

And while that's frustrating at times because you may get a bogus review that completely throws off your star rating and your public appearance, it's an important step in Google providing accurate information. Imagine if the plumbers shown above were able to delete any review that wasn't favorable. Their ratings would be biased and would lead to many more bad interactions, with no path for improvement or accountability.

Microsoft purchased Skype for a hefty amount and made closing Skype accounts more convoluted than it needs to be. Understandably, no online provider would advertise the account deletion option front and center. With that in mind, permanently deleting a Skype account became a multi-step process. To do that, you had to remove payment methods, cancel any subscriptions you may have, unlink your Microsoft account from your Skype account, and more. Overall, several steps were involved, but it was possible, and our old tutorial covered all this.

However, now Microsoft has made all those steps obsolete, and now you can no longer unlink and delete your Skype account without deleting your Microsoft account. Yes! The entire Microsoft account.

6) Read the contents of this page carefully. Microsoft gives you 60 days before it permanently closes your account by default. You can change it to 30 days to expedite the process. Finally, click Next, add a reason for closing your account, and submit your Skype/Microsoft account termination request.

If you signed up for Skype with a Microsoft account, closing your Skype account will also delete its linked Microsoft account. This might not be what you want because your Microsoft account is also your key to Outlook.com, Xbox Live, OneDrive, and other Microsoft services.

5) You will now have to cancel any Skype subscription or recurring payments. In your Skype account settings on the web, click the subscription you want to cancel in the blue bar on the left.

8) If you purchased a Skype Number where people can ring you, you should cancel it before closing the account: click Skype Number in the Manage Features section, then click Settings and finally hit the Cancel Skype Number option.

Deleting the account permanently removes any data that was associated with it, including your Skype contacts, purchases, and chat history. Microsoft says that it might take up to 30 days for your name to disappear from the Skype directory after the account is closed. 350c69d7ab
